Refund & Return Policy
For everyone’s safety, we are temporarily unable to accept returns on purchases made
after 3/1/2020 due to COVID-19. No returns and refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept returns of only unopened products within 60 days of purchase excluding shipping fees paid and a $3 restocking fee.
- Products returned after 60 days of purchase will receive store store credit only.
- Products purchased during a special promotion/sale are NOT refundable, but may be returned for store credit.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Unopened products must be returned within 60 days for a refund.
- After the product has been returned and we have inspected it we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time (7-10 days) before a refund is posted from your bank/credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com

If you have not removed the original shipping label, you can take the package to the post office and tell the clerk that you "refuse" and "return to sender". By doing so you will not have to pay for returned shipping.
Once we have received your returned package and inspect the products have not been opened/used we will issue you are refund minus a $3 restocking fee within 5 business days. Once the package is enroute back to us please let us know so we can keep an eye out for it.
