I recently purchased matcha powder to add to my daily smoothies, hoping for a weight loss effect. Though I did loose a few pounds in the week that it took to finish my purchase. I was more pleased by weight loss with using chia seeds. The matcha adds a great flavor to a smoothie, also, keeping the green color, of the spinach that I usually add to my smoothies.
It is not as easy to blend. The taste is moderate. The scent is not very strong as I wish it would be.
