I make fresh elderberry syrup, and the young lady who works at the store recommended that I try adding marshmallow root. She told me about its many health benefits and said it would add a slight vanilla flavor. She was absolutely right! It tastes excellent and makes my elderberry syrup even better. I am so glad I listened to her and purchased it. I will definitely be buying more!

I’m quitting smoke cigarettes, and part of my process is smoking-non tobacco herbs when i feel the urge to smoke. I use this marshmallow to help make the smoke denser and more tobacco-like- it’s slightly sweet, and soothes my throat and lungs!
