In 2 nursing journeys with 2 different children , this stuff has saved me. It helped me not only to worry less but produce more. I’m not an over producer I make enough to feed my babies ( as nature intends ). It doesn’t make me an over producer but I went from pumping 6oz in the morning to 11 & 12 oz. The only reason I wanted to pump more is so when someone is babysitting we don’t have to stress about wasting or spilling. Sometimes I forget to take it and I know when I do because my output drops . I love it and I love that there’s no Fenugreek.
The product has been the same quality since I first took it in 2016. I love that the label didn’t change because I couldn’t remember who made it 7 years later, but I searched lush leche and recognized the bottle.
