Astragalus is a powerful herb used often in traditional Chinese Medicine but less familiar to those in the western world. It’s considered one of the best tonic immune herbs and also has adaptogenic properties. When it comes to boosting your immune system, astragalus is best taken daily during fall and winter. Working to strengthen the immune system gradually with full effects being reached after a few weeks.

Lemon balm, also known as Melissa Officinalis, is a wonderfully lemon-scented plant that comes from the mint family. Steep 2-3g (1 tbsp) of loose tea for 10-20 minutes in 6-8oz of hot water. Drink as needed.
To make a stronger tea for a larger quantity, use 1/2-1oz of loose tea and steep for 1-4 hours at room temperature. Strain, refrigerate and use within 48 hours.
To maximize the results of ImmuniTea, ideally drink this tea on an empty stomach. If you can't tolerate it on an empty stomach, drink this tea with a meal.
