      Gave me energy!

I am prone to iron deficiency anemia and I've tried all kinds of iron supplements and iron rich foods but nothing really made my numbers go up-except this tea! I didn't know what it felt like to have energy until I made this tea a part of my weekly health regimen. I'll never be without it.

      Low Iron

I have low iron due to peri-menopause, hypothyroidism, and Hashimoto's. This tea really contributes to my overall well being. I have an incredibly difficult time maintaining my body temp so drinking this tea is useful for keeping my temp up when I'm cold at work.
