I love anything with elderberries. I buy the sambuccol gummies for my girls. I also put elderberries in with my cold and flu tea.

We keep Elderberry tea right near the Keurig Machine. “Why” you might ask”? Because were always drinking it and the hot water from the machine makes the perfect temperature water. This Elderberry tea is “awesome “ !!! After a few cups in a week ,you can feel a different in your body. I also use it in smoothies as well. Eurphoric has the most fresh elderberry tea in the area, I purchased it from a few places in Delaware and now one has a more quality elderberry tea then Eurphoric Herbals !

Making your own fresh elderberry syrup or gummies are so much fun! I really enjoy the fresh dried elderberry I can always get from herbal apothecary. My recipe turns out great and yummy .

Bought in December and made syrup. I still have 16 oz. left and I have been taking every day! Feels healthy!
