Immediate relief

Made a gallon to mix in my bath, soaked for 35-45 minutes. Immediately reduced swelling and relief progressed. I will recommend and reuse in the future.

Healing magic

After a difficult birth, I was not healing as well or as fast as expected. I decided to give the herbal sitz bath a try, since all of the other products from Euphoric Herbals have been helpful. After the first use I noticed a difference within several hours. I was amazed! Not only is it soothing, I felt like it sped up the healing process greatly. Bonus: it made my kitchen smell great while it simmered on the stove! I am a Doula, and I will be buying this for all of my future clients.

Postpartum or whenever

I bought this sitzbath, made it into a "tea." I froze it into ice cubes and put them into a sitzbath whenever I am feeling sore or itchy. I am currently three years postpartum, and still use this consistently. It's so soothing and relaxing. So great when you get a full five minutes to soak. It truly does wonders! Amazing! Buying more now.

Sitz baths are safe as early as one hour after birth & are highly recommended if you have perineal soreness, tearing and hemorrhoids.

Instructions are always included on how to best prepare.
