This is such a great herb for inflammation and adrenal/liver health. I love it. I add it to my tea mixture and to help improve my health and am so glad that I heard about it. If you have not tried it, please do so.

Schizandra berry

I bought this for the adaptogentic effects and for skin. Its only been a few days so I cant tell the difference with either however the taste is very interesting. I ate one plain and it was peppery sour and bitter. I didnt taste much sweet. It was the same as a tea. I also tried it as a cold infusion and it reminded me of lemonade without lemons. I was a little dissapointed with the amount of the berries I received in 1oz, however, I had to remind myself that roots and berries weigh differently than actual leafy herbs. So overall I am happy with my purchase. Thank you
