Ways to use it
Diffuse 3 to 5 drops in a diffuser. For skin, blend 2 to 3 drops into 1 teaspoon of carrier oil such as jojoba or sweet almond or unscented lotion, add a few drops to a handful of bath salts.
Add a drop to a bowl of steaming water to breathe in. Add 10-15 drops to 8oz of distilled water for a room or linen spray.
Dilute first
Always dilute before applying to skin and keep away from eyes. For external and aromatic use only.
