    1oz of loose tea will make roughly 10-14 individual cups if you use 1tsp per 6-8 fluid ounces of water.

    A 8oz bag will make approximately 80-96 individual cups.

    Can I drink this during pregnancy or lactation?

      Great tasting tea

      This tea is super delicious both hot or iced. I'm a first time mom and don't have anything to compare the afterbirth changes to, however, a nice hot cup of this tea has been so comforting
