Is this product caffiene free?

Yes this herbal tea is caffiene free.

How many servings are in a bag?

1oz of loose tea will make roughly 10-14 individual cups if you use 1tsp per 6-8 fluid ounces of water.

A 2oz bag will make approximately 20-28 individual cups.
A 4oz bag will make approximately 40-48 individual cups

A 8oz bag will make approximately 80-96 individual cups.

Can I drink this during pregnancy or lactation?

It can be used during lactation. It is not safe for pregnancy.

Is this gluten/soy/dairy free?

It is gluten free, soy free and dairy free.

Can I drink this iced?

Yes absolutely! The tea can be made hot or chilled. Please see this blog post for more information & tips.

Can I add honey or sweetener?

    Great tasting tea

    This tea is super delicious both hot or iced. I'm a first time mom and don't have anything to compare the afterbirth changes to, however, a nice hot cup of this tea has been so comforting
