While not containing any active hormones itself, this herb improves progesterone balance, effectively treats PMS symptoms, including depression and irritability, bloating, breast tenderness, cravings and acne, and helps to regulate menstrual cycles. Please note if you are lactating and your menses has not returned, use of Chaste Tree may encourage your menstrual cycle to return.

Dosage is 2 to 5 ml of tincture one to two times daily, with one dose typically taken in the morning and the other midday.

Additionally, if breastmilk supply is low due to a hormonal imbalance - Chaste Tree may help to improve breastmilk quantity through hormone balancing.
