Hi, I'm Cindy!
I'm a community herbalist, a herbal formulator and a lifelong student of natural medicine. I'm also a certified herbalist, a certified lactation counselor and former doula. I've spent more than 15 years blending ancestral wisdom with modern practice.
My goal is to give you encouragement and practical guidance, whether you're just beginning to explore herbs or you're ready to grow your herbal business.
