Shake well before using. Adults: 1 teaspoon, up to 3 times daily. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of warm or cool water, or to taste as a savory tea. May also be taken undiluted, directly in the mouth.

Love this stuff! I have been using the tonic for several months now. Recently I ran out and wasn't able to purchase again for several weeks. What a difference I noticed! I find that the turmeric does help calm the inflammation I have in my shoulder. It does have a "peppery" taste and some may not find that appealing, but it is an acquired taste and well worth it!
