I followed the instructions & I noticed for the first time since starting my period over a decade ago, I didn’t have excruciating cramps that are debilitating. When my mom referred this company to me I reached out to the owner by email and asked which was the best for my periods. When I tell you I love this tea so much I’m never going back! It seems to work pretty well. Not sure if it's just been a coincidence. I've been late sometimes recently so I've been looking for something to help. Every time I notice I am late I drink some and I seem to start the day after. It has a good flavor too.
