BENEFITS

A delicious loose leaf herbal tea blend for increasing and enriching breastmilk.

Safe for nursing mothers, Milky Mama Tea was developed by our founder Cindy to boost breastmilk supply.

Cindy has put together a blend of Red Raspberry Leaf, Alfalfa Leaf, Fennel Seed, Blue Vervain, Oatstraw Leaf, Stevia Leaf and Citrus Peel which can be consumed hot or cold.

Ingredients

Red Raspberry Leaf

The nutrients found in Red Raspberry Leaf can especially help with a healthy and effectively functioning uterus. It provides almost all of the nutrients needed for uterine health, which in turn will help with a healthy pregnancy.

Alfalfa

Alfalfa, also called lucerne and called Medicago sativa in binomial nomenclature, is a perennial flowering plant in the legume family Fabaceae. It is cultivated as an important forage crop in many countries around the world. It has long been prized for its superior content of vitamins, minerals and protein.

Oat Straw Leaf

While the common oat is a popular cereal grain, oatstraw is valued by herbalists as a nutritious and restorative herb. If you suffer from fatigue, stress, or sleeplessness, oatstraw could become a healing ally for you.

Stevia Leaf

Whole Stevia Leaf is used to sweeten our teas, while being entirely calorie-free. Stevia has also been found to significantly lower insulin and glucose levels, and lowering LDL ("bad") cholesterol while increasing HDL ("good") cholesterol.

Citrus Peel

Citrus Peels are packed with immune boosting vitamin C, and anti-oxidant & anti-inflammatory bioflavonoids.

They're also a source of potassium, which helps keep bloody pressure in check, and limonene, a phytochemical that may have anti-cancer effects and can help with heart burn.

Still pregnant so I’ve only been drinking the womb wellness tea but I love it! I know the other products will be just as great.

I notice more supply the days after I drink the Milky Mama Tea. I wish I would have gotten the bundle sooner, so I could have started womb wellness prior to delivery. Because it is summer, I actually make it the night before, let it keep in the frig, and drink it cold. It’s pretty tasty!
