Bloodwork is an incredible tool for assessing not only general wellness, but also more chronic and complex health concerns. These panels provide immense insight and clues into overall health, by recognizing certain patterns and red flags that may indicate underlying imbalances in the body.

Unfortunately, ranges considered “normal” on labs are not always normal, as these numbers are based on the average population getting bloodwork done - which is typically not the healthiest percentage of the population. This is why these ranges have changed, and continue to change, over the years, as the population continues to get sicker. It’s also why so many people spend years bouncing from doctor to doctor, with no real answers because all of their labs look “normal”. But by recognizing these patterns and red flags, disease can be prevented, or at least managed much more effectively.

Meet your instructor, Grayce!
As a certified Integrative Nutrition & Holistic Health Coach, Functional Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, and someone with an extensive journey of living with chronic health conditions myself.

It wasn’t until I discovered functional lab work and holistic healing, and started working with a physician who incorporated advanced testing into her practice, when I started to finally get those answers and put pieces of the puzzle together. Over the years, this work has turned into a passion, which is why I’ve spent so much time and energy immersing myself in education, courses, and research - both for my own selfish benefit and with the hope to someday turn my pain into a greater purpose.
