United StatesI heard people drink this for menstrual cramps so I decided to try it. The taste and smell is 10/10 but after I drank it my cramps went away within about 10min. They didn’t come back either. I usually have random cramps in my lower bottom area often but they didn’t appear not once. It worked better than Tylenol.
