I had heard that corn silk was very good for frequent urination. So I tried it and it’s been wonderful -b4 I was always running to the bathroom -couldn’t sleep more then 2 hrs w o waking up to pee.I couldnt go to sleep for 1-2 hrs after going to bed for I’d have to go to the bathroom. It’s amazing
