How to use it

Tea: 1 tablespoons per cup of just-boiled water. Cover and steep 10-15 minutes.

Also try infusing in a carrier oil, blended with bath salts, or blended with other herbs.

As far as I am concerned there is no better cinnamon than pure Ceylon. It is an excellent product and if you use a lot of cinnamon in your cooking/baking you will definitely taste the difference.
