SERVINGS PER CONTAINER: 24INGREDIENTS: Maca root, Ashwagandha root, Rhodiola rosea root, Stevia leaf extract.
Other Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, deionized water, vanilla natural flavor, essential oils of cinnamon, cardamom, fennel.
DIRECTIONS: Shake well before using. Adults: 1 teaspoon, up to twice daily for 2 weeks during times of extra stress. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of warm or cool water, or to taste as a tasty herbal tea. May also be taken undiluted.
