Known for culinary uses in India, Egyptian and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Fenugreek possess a chemicals, Diosgenin, similar to the female sex hormone estrogen. A key compound, diosgenin, has been shown experimentally to increase milk flow.
Goats Rue

These two are my to go products and I’m in love with them. I’ve tried other products but Dairy Fairy and Diva helps me produce milk in just (2) hours. But, I take (3) capsules so I go out real quick.

I don’t respond well to pumps so I usually need a little kick to keep my supply up with my baby’s demand. I get twice as much output when using these supplements vs just water and diet.

Dairy Fairy: this one has fenugreek. I was afraid to use due to a lot of women reporting that it’s so bad and lessens your supply. I don’t feel as though i experienced those side effects. I don’t feel that it increased it either. I do feel as though it caused me more gas than normal. I tried to combine it with the Dairy Diva and felt I got better results. Dairy Diva: this one alone gave me a slight increase but nothing tremendous that I’d consider buying a full supply as the price point is a bit high. However i do realize that quality is more important than price. So I’m on the fence as to if I’ll continue once the combo is done. Combos: dairy fairy (2 tabs 3 times daily for 3 days). Dairy diva (2 tabs 3 times daily for 3 days). Combo: 2 dairy diva and 2 dairy fairy for a couple days 1 diary fairy and 1 dairy diva for couple days. The combos were not done simultaneously

Honestly I should have gone with the bundle b/c I don't think they're all working. It's very depressing as a new mom to not be able to feed your baby. I spent a lot of money on these products and I'm just sad at the outcome. I need help.

For increased and sustained lactation, frequent, regular and complete emptying of the breast is critical.
